A Grand Day Out
It was indeed a grand day out for our club outing to Hebden Bridge and Heptenstall.
The trip was organised by one our members Sue Bryant, and a fantastic well organised day it was.
We started in Hebden Bridge with a welcoming cuppa in the Town hall Café. From there explored the local area around Hebden Bridge with its many alleyway’s and water way’s.
After an enjoyable lunch in the Water Gate Café we travelled on to Heptenstall, where we all explored the village, and the ruined Church of St Thomas a Becket.
The final stop was at the Top Brink Inn were we thanked Sue for a tremendous and really enjoyable day out. The added bonus was that the weather held out for us too.
