Project Group Update.
Last Tuesday saw a good attendance for the meeting despite some members being absent on the late holiday season. It was also good to see some new faces contributing to the chosen themes of Woodlands and Extreme.
As usual there were varied interpretations on the themes with some excellent and wide ranging images being presented.
Extreme, being the more challenging of the two, was allowed a loose interpretation. If prizes were to be awarded the top prize must surely have gone to Chris Hills for his ‘Egg-stream’.
In my view we certainly saw some competition worthy images being presented during the evening.
My thanks to all who attended.
The next meeting is scheduled for January 20th 2026 and the chosen themes are:-
1. Black.
2. Hands.
Remember this is not a competitive group, its aim is to get you out taking new pictures of subjects you may not normally consider shooting , learning new skills and finding settings on your camera you may not regularly use.
The theme interpretation is entirely up to you, and we are looking for a presentation to last around FIVE minutes. The images should be put on a clean memory stick ( brought in on the evening) and do not need to be resized.
